Because her hands were so badly damaged, Jacqui is physically unable to answer the many letters she receives. She very much appreciates all notes of encouragement.

Jacqui continues to deal with the consequences of the drunk driving crash that occurred more than 10 years ago. Other than ongoing medical treatment, Jacqui is unsure what the future holds for her.
